Ce proc\u00e8s est l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019une longue querelle de famille dont l\u2019origine remonte \u00e0 plus de trente ans. Le Grand Conseil de Malines d\u00e9clara la sentence du Conseil de Namur nulle. L\u2019affaire ne semble pas avoir eu par la suite de nouveaux rebondissements judiciaires. Il d\u00e9c\u00e8de assez jeune peu avant le 23.04.1670.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois ans apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de son mari, <strong>Catherine<\/strong> veuve, se remarie 2\u00b0 x Denis<strong> Scaille<\/strong> avocat \u00e0 Dinant. Ils eurent une fille, Marie-Catherine <strong>Scaille<\/strong> qui \u00e9pousa Joseph <strong>Bodest<\/strong>, bourgmestre de Dinant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Son fils Charles<\/strong> n\u00e9 en 1668, h\u00e9rite d\u2019Anthoine l\u2019Aguillon, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 15 ans de la ferme de son p\u00e8re.
